Unibroue La Fin Du Monde Golden Tripel Ale

When Michael Stipe penned the words “The End of the World”, I’m sure we wasn’t talking about the beer were’s taking on today, Unibroue’s La Fin Du Monde, a Golden Tripel Ale.

Unibroue has been a fickle brew for us here at Massive Beer Reviews, being not most consistent brewery ….. while in general we like almost all their offerings, from year to year they can sometimes be good, sometimes be great, and sometimes be less than stellar.

Will this iteration of La Fin Du Monde have us feeling like Shiny Happy People or make us scream The End of the World as We Know it?

Watch on to find out!

North Coast Old Stock 2013

Back to back favorites, FTW!

Yesterday we reviewed the newest iteration of Courage Imperial Russian Stout, today we conquer another all time favorite, North Coast’s Old Stock Ale!

North Coast’s Old Stock Ale is an English style Old Ale that ages as gracefully as any Old Ale/Barleywine on the planet, but will this relatively fresh bottle cut the mustard?

Watch on to find out!

Courage Russian Imperial Stout

Courage Russian Imperial Stout ……..

What can we say, Courage, the O.G. Russian Imperial Stout, Originally brewed in 1795 for Catherine the Great of Russia was one of our all time favorites till it went MIA and disappeared from ole planet Earth in the late 2000’s

Well, resurrected in 2011, will this once glorious brew hold up to the fantasticness of his previous or fall flat on it’s proverbial face?

Watch on to find out!

One of our all time favorites here at Massive Beer Reviews, we tackle a several year old version of this buttery sweet monster.

Innis and Gunn Run Aged Ale

Today we are jumping head first into another Innis & Gunn offering, their Scotch Ale aged on Rum chips.

We’ve had a like/hate relationship with Innis & Gunn, will this Rum aged number tips the scales to make this a Love/Hate relationship of will it be more of the same from this Edinburgh outlet?

Watch on to find out!

Oskar Blues Old Chub Scotch Ale

Today on Massive Beer Reviews we’re reviewing a beer that comes in a can, Oskar Blues Old Chub Scotch Ale.

Can’s, more often that not, are viewed as a sign of meritocracy through the craft beer circles, but with what seems like more and more companies canning up higher end offerings that notion seems to be falling by the wayside.

Will Old Chub help dispel this old school mentality and offer us up a Scotch Ale worthy of praise?

Watch on to find out!
